Group Discount offers for multiple bookings on the one night:

Book 6 rooms:   20% discount + 2 x special tours + 10% gift shop discount for all guests + $500 BP*

Book 10 rooms:  25% discount + 2 x special tours + 15% gift shop discount for all guests + $1,000 BP*

Book all 18 rooms and have Jamala Wildlife Lodge all to yourself and you can use our facilities for meetings, team building events or just bonding opportunities. We can be flexible with the itinerary and within reason, tailor make it to suit your requirements.

Book 18 rooms:  25% discount + 2 x special tours + 20% gift shop discount for all guests + $ 2,000 BP*

With all rooms booked, we can also add:

• Lunch on the day of departure
• Free return visit for one room (great prize!)

Group cancellation and date change policy:

50% deposit is required at the time of booking and balance to be paid at least 90 days prior to the booked date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express or BPAY can be made.

Cancellation/change of date fees (prior to arrival):

• 91 days or more prior to the booked date – full refund available or date change allowed.
• 61 – 90 days or more prior to the booked date – 90% of the total booking cost is refundable, or a date change allowed.

• 60 -31 days or more prior to the booked date – 50% of the total booking cost is refundable – no date change allowed.
• 30 – 0 days prior to the booked date – a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total booking cost is applicable.

No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival or any unused services due to weather disruption or animal issues. While we endeavour to give guests a memorable experience with our native and exotic animals, we can make no guarantees as to what animal interactions may be available and how an animal may behave on any given day. Although it is rare for an animal at a Jungle Bungalow, Giraffe Treehouse or uShaka Lodge not to visit guests, no guarantee can be made. We strongly recommend travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
